Meet Andrew Rosner, MD, Concierge Physician

A Board-Certified Family Physician Committed to Providing Personalized, Relationship-Based Care

For Andrew Rosner, MD, medicine has always been about relationships. Throughout his career, he has believed that exceptional healthcare begins with listening, understanding each patient’s unique circumstances, and building lasting partnerships that support long-term health and wellness. This philosophy led him to concierge medicine, a model that allows him to spend more time with patients and provide the thoughtful, personalized care that many people feel is increasingly difficult to find in today’s healthcare system.

As a board-certified family physician serving patients throughout Wayne, Radnor, Gladwyne, Bryn Mawr, Villanova, Ardmore, Bala Cynwyd, Penn Valley, Devon, King of Prussia, and the greater Philadelphia region, Dr. Rosner is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their best health through prevention, education, and collaboration.

A Lifelong Connection to the Philadelphia Area

Dr. Rosner is proud to be a lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area.

He grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and later attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree. He went on to receive his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University before completing his Family Medicine residency training at Abington Memorial Hospital, a Thomas Jefferson University affiliate.

His deep roots in the community have given him a unique understanding of the people and families he serves. Today, he continues to care for patients throughout the Main Line and surrounding Philadelphia suburbs, helping many navigate important health decisions through every stage of life.

Why Concierge Family Medicine?

Caring for the Whole Person

Dr. Rosner’s broad medical interests and passion for preventive healthcare naturally led him to Family Medicine. Unlike specialties that focus on a single organ system or condition, Family Medicine allows physicians to care for the whole person while building long-term relationships that evolve over time.

For Dr. Rosner, one of the most rewarding aspects of practicing family medicine is the opportunity to care for patients and families across generations. Over the years, he has been privileged to develop meaningful relationships with patients, watch families grow, and help individuals navigate both everyday health concerns and complex medical decisions.

This continuity of care allows him to understand not only a patient’s medical history but also their personal goals, priorities, and challenges—insights that are often essential to delivering truly personalized healthcare.

A Philosophy Built on Trust, Empathy, and Education

Throughout his years in practice, Dr. Rosner has followed a simple principle:

Treat every patient the way he would want his own family to be treated.

He believes that empathy and genuine communication are foundational to exceptional healthcare. Taking the time to listen carefully, answer questions thoroughly, and understand each patient’s concerns allows him to develop stronger relationships and provide more effective care.

Education is also a central part of his approach. Dr. Rosner believes patients should understand their health conditions, treatment options, and opportunities for prevention. Rather than simply providing recommendations, he collaborates with patients to help them make informed decisions and take an active role in their healthcare journey.

This partnership-oriented philosophy empowers patients to make choices that support both their immediate health needs and their long-term wellness goals.

Why Concierge Primary Care Medicine?

After spending more than nine years in private practice in the Philadelphia suburbs, Dr. Rosner recognized many of the challenges facing patients and physicians in traditional healthcare settings.

Increasing administrative demands, shorter appointment times, and growing patient volumes often made it difficult to provide the level of attention and personalized care he believed patients deserved. The concierge medicine model offered a better solution to patient care.

Dr. Rosner became a concierge medical physician in 2023. By maintaining a smaller patient panel, as a concierge doctor, Dr. Rosner is able to devote more time to each individual, focus on prevention and wellness, and develop deeper physician-patient relationships.

For patients, this means greater access, more meaningful conversations, and a healthcare experience centered around their unique needs and goals. For Dr. Rosner, it means practicing medicine in a way that aligns with the values that inspired him to become a physician in the first place.
