Dr. Rosner intentionally limits the size of his practice to preserve the time and accessibility provided to members. When the practice reaches capacity, prospective patients may be placed on a waiting list.

How much does concierge medicine membership cost?
Membership fees are based on age, with monthly, quarterly, and annual payment options available. A 15% discount is also available for a spouse or second household member age 30 or older.
Do I still need health insurance?
Yes. Concierge membership works alongside your health insurance rather than replacing it. Rosner Concierge Medicine bills insurance for eligible medical services, and insurance remains important for specialist care, imaging, prescriptions, hospital services, and other healthcare needs. Dr. Rosner also accepts Medicare.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
Same-day and next-day appointments are available to members when appropriate based on their needs and the clinical urgency of the concern.
Can I reach Dr. Rosner after hours?
Yes. Members have 24/7 access to Dr. Rosner for appropriate health concerns. Patients experiencing a medical emergency should always call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Does Dr. Rosner coordinate care with specialists?
Yes. Dr. Rosner remains actively involved when specialist care is needed. He can help coordinate referrals, review specialist recommendations, reconcile medications, and help patients understand how recommendations fit into their overall healthcare plan.
Can other members of my family join?
Yes. Membership is available beginning at age 12, and members age 30 and older receive a 15% discount for a spouse or second household member who also joins the practice.
